We are really excited to announce the details of the 2019 NCOGS Annual Conference!

The Annual Conference has been a great success in previous years and we hope you will join us to help make another great occasion.

Conference highlights

This year's conference will be held the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre near Nottingham between 4th and 5th December 2019.

We will be kicking off our 2019 conference with three twilight workshop sessions on 4th December 3:00pm-4:30pm and 4:45pm-6:15pm. In response to feedback, this year delegates are able to attend two out of the three workshops. The workshops will be followed by a drinks reception and dinner from 7pm providing you with an opportunity to network and talk to colleagues from across the country. Accommodation and breakfast will also be available at the conference centre.

The conference day itself will be held on 5th December 2019 and is scheduled to run from 10:00am and to finish by 4:15pm.

Conference packages

We want to make booking and attending the 2019 conference as enjoyable as possible so we are happy to offer you four different packages available this year:

Full package for £260 - Twilight workshops, dinner and overnight accommodation on 4th December plus breakfast and a full conference pass on 5th December.

Reduced package for £250 - Dinner and overnight accommodation on 4th December plus breakfast and a full conference pass on 5th December.

Twilight workshops and conference day only for £150 - No accommodation or overnight stay included.

Conference day only for £120 - Conference pass on 5th December only.

The full amount for your chosen package is payable to NCOGS. Rooms are limited and booking quickly to secure your room is recommended. Unfortunately, only delegates who book accommodation are able to attend the pre-conference dinner but we would absolutely welcome non-residents to the pre-dinner drinks.

Travel and overnight accommodation

Overnight accommodation including breakfast at De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre is included with the Full and Reduced package rates.

Parking at the conference centre for delegates is free.
